I recently had an older mini split system in one of my rooms that needed to be replaced due to its age. I called around to several companies, and while some were able to install a new mini split, they did not specialize in troubleshooting or servicing the unit if any issues came up later. I then contacted Riverside Cooling LLC, and they truly stood out. They came out the very next day to provide a quote and they explained what the entire process would look like. After deciding to move forward, just two days later they sent two technicians out at 8:00 AM. Josh and Cameron were, without a doubt, the most respectful and professional technicians I’ve ever worked with. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves and asked to see the indoor unit as well as the breaker. They quickly noticed that my wife and I have a newborn and took the initiative to work as quietly as possible while the baby was sleeping in the other room. Honestly, my wife and I almost forgot they were even here, that’s how considerate they were. I want to sincerely thank Josh and Cameron for their professionalism, awareness, and initiative. I’ve worked with several AC companies over the years, but Riverside Cooling LLC truly treats you like family. They were extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Replaced 15-year-old AC system in our top floor condo--unit on the roof, indoor unit in (very small) closet). After it was installed, they sent a quality control technician to review all that had been done and make some final adjustments. Work great. They were recommended by our Condo president and it was a great suggestion. Would definitely use them again!! Read Less

First, they were on time. The estimator was on time for his appointed slot. Then, the work crew was also on time to perform the service. Secondly, the crew performed their services superbly! They had to contact some colleagues to bring a piece of equipment and that crew also was timely. Lastly, the crew totally cleaned the work area. Read Less

Joe is extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to insure we understood the issue and solutions if any. He was very patient with us to make sure we understood his guidance. We never felt rushed. He inspected both units outside and inside, and to let us know verbally and in writing all system checks looked great, no issues. Joe has been to our home a few times over the last 4.5 years. He is very detailed when checking out and servicing our TRAIN units. Importantly, after Joe leaves our home after servicing our two units nothing comes up after he leaves that there is a problem.
