I called Riverside Cooling on a Sunday and completely understand the $199 service fee — I was just grateful they were able to respond so quickly. The technician arrived within two hours of my call, was very professional, and replaced the capacitor in just a few minutes. He also checked the entire unit thoroughly, and I ended up signing up for their annual maintenance plan so the system will be inspected automatically once a year. The only thing I found a bit overpriced was the capacitor itself, which was billed at $240 even though it costs less then $50. Aside from that, the service was excellent and very prompt. Read Less

If i could provide 10 Stars I would have. Riverside Cooling came recommend by a friend and im glad we took his recommendations. Joe was our Service professional who arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He inspected our entire system and got it back up in no time. we had a new air handler and condenser installed. Everyone was professional, on time and communicated well. I had Riverside install a Mr. cool ac unit in an addition on my home and I came away very impressed at the professionalism from the company. From talking with the owner, Bill all the way down to his employees were very professional. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and the employees showed up right on time not to mention I felt very comfortable with the employees walking freely throughout my home. I highly recommend Riverside Cooling for any AC work that you Need. I even had One of my neighbors come over to my house after Riverside left to ask my thoughts about Riverside because my neighbor had work done by Riverside Cooling in the past and they also gave Riverside a five star review because of their professionalism and great prices.
