It was obvious Joe knows about Bryant air-conditioning systems, including our somewhat complicated zoned system. He was professional, very nice, explained his findings and solutions. I called Riverside Cooling on a Sunday and completely understand the $199 service fee — I was just grateful they were able to respond so quickly. The technician arrived within two hours of my call, was very professional, and replaced the capacitor in just a few minutes. He also checked the entire unit thoroughly, and I ended up signing up for their annual maintenance plan so the system will be inspected automatically once a year. The only thing I found a bit overpriced was the capacitor itself, which was billed at $240 even though it costs less then $50. Aside from that, the service was excellent and very prompt. Read Less

Just had my brand new AC installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The team was professional, clean, and did a fantastic job from start to finish.
