UPDATE: The very next day after the young gentleman visit, two technicians came over and did a great job. The problem was with airflow into the master bedroom and master bath, it was very hot during the summer and now very cold as we have cold winter nights. Even the towels couldn’t get dry on the rack and would smell unpleasant, we tried to run the fan for hours but it wasn’t enough to battle with humidity. Now I can feel the air is flowing, the temperature in the room is within normal range, we can take a shower or sleep at night without freezing. The Riverside Cooling Company takes all concerns from customers very seriously, they act very quickly and professionally to make sure everyone is satisfied and happy. I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering to upgrade their AC Unit, the unit itself works pretty quiet, you control the temperature from your phone, very convenient. Crew showed up this morning at the time scheduled and promptly went to work. Very attentive and professional. Installed unit in approximately four hours. Left the job site clean and orderly. Took awhile to get the sides from the metal shop but when installed it looks good. The unit itself seems to be working like it should both the heat and cooling cycles. Read Less

Saw the add in the Merritt Island Magazine. Knew they are veteran owned and called when my AC fan would not turn off. They scheduled a service call the same day. The service tech was awesome and took care of the problem like it was his house. Very happy to have everything back up and running. I’ll absolutely use them for future air conditioning needs. I recently had 3 older compressors and air handlers replaced. I quoted it out to 3 companies and Bill was by far the best customer experience when we walked the job. He was early, completed the job in two days and the install looks great. His carpenters had to rebuild the air handler closets to fit the new ones. Very happy with the install and customer experience. Have recommended to several friends. Read Less

He took the time to ensure I fully understood the different choices available, which made me feel confident in my decision. Sean and his team were absolute pros during the installation. Their attention to detail was extremely impressive—they clearly take pride in their work and it shows. What really stood out was that the owner of the company even stopped by to check on the progress and make sure everything was going smoothly.
