Thank you Bill and team for an amazing and easy process of getting an entire new system. For those thinking about using this company…do it!! You won’t be disappointed. Bill was at my house in less than 24 hours to go over new systems (I already knew I needed one). He explained everything in great detail in a way that I completely understand everything. As a female I did not feel intimidated at all like I did with other companies. He did not show me the most expensive units first and try to push me to get one of those. He listened to all of my concerns and gave me 4 different options all within my budget. Once I made my decision the technicians were out within 48 business hours to install. They completed the job in record time. It worked from the minute we turned it on with just a few minor adjustments after it ran for 24 hours. The technicians were amazing, nice and hard workers. From the very beginning, Riverside Cooling demonstrated their high level of professional service. Making a reservation was simple and efficient. The service advisor, Abram was absolutely spectacular. He excelled at customer service, attention to detail and knowledge. He was kind enough to explain everything as he went and even found some minor things that ended up making a significant difference. I work a lot of hours. Like, a lot a lot. This is relevant because on my day off, I baked cookies for all the guys from Riverside Cooling who helped me pick out a new A/C and installed it. Bill explained everything very clearly as he helped me pick the right equipment for my house / my needs and he answered all my questions! The install crew was fantastic and did an excellent job! So on a scale of 1-5, I'm going with an off the scale, "I'll spend a few hours baking cookies on my day off for these guys." Really great company! We enjoyed working with the team at Riverside and will continue to work with them in the future. We installed a new a/c unit and it was a very smooth process. For all you ladies out there who have to manage your household, you know that not all contractors give the respect you deserve. When my A/C went out recently Riverside Cooling was one of three companies we contacted for a quote. Their Design Consultant, Dolph, responded quickly and was at my house the next day. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the TRANE systems and gave me five very good options using updated software with a competitive price. Unfortunately, Riverside came in second when considering two of the selection criteria we used for evaluations with scheduling being one as our A/C is out in this heat wave. Although competitive the winning company also was about 5% less price wise. Still, we gave heavy consideration to Riverside for the reasons above and will keep them in mind for future needs. Read Less
