I’m impressed with this company. Hired them to blow in insulation above my garage ceiling. The crew of 3 were very polite and did a great installation job and cleaned up too. I would definitely recommend and would hire again for any AC type work. Read Less

UPDATE: The very next day after the young gentleman visit, two technicians came over and did a great job. The problem was with airflow into the master bedroom and master bath, it was very hot during the summer and now very cold as we have cold winter nights. Even the towels couldn’t get dry on the rack and would smell unpleasant, we tried to run the fan for hours but it wasn’t enough to battle with humidity. Now I can feel the air is flowing, the temperature in the room is within normal range, we can take a shower or sleep at night without freezing. The Riverside Cooling Company takes all concerns from customers very seriously, they act very quickly and professionally to make sure everyone is satisfied and happy. I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering to upgrade their AC Unit, the unit itself works pretty quiet, you control the temperature from your phone, very convenient. We had issues with recently installed Mr.cool and it stops functioning after 10 minutes with error codes and no cooling . Contacted Riverside cooling and they were kind enough to sent their technician Mr.Abram on the same day. He diagnosed and found that there is no refrigerant due to leak from a loose joint ( installers fault). He fixed the leak adhering to all standard procedures and the unit is back functioning as it is expected. Mr. Abram is well mannered, listen to the issues and very professional in every way, in resolving issues. Another thing to be mentioned, while he was here , he also evaluated our main central AC as it was also low in cooling and found that the valve is not functioning properly .. He ordered parts for it and will be back when parts is received . I recommend Riverside cooling to all my friends hereafter. Thanks to Stacy as well for sending technician on the same day .. Crew showed up this morning at the time scheduled and promptly went to work. Very attentive and professional. Installed unit in approximately four hours. Left the job site clean and orderly. Took awhile to get the sides from the metal shop but when installed it looks good. The unit itself seems to be working like it should both the heat and cooling cycles. Read Less
