I don't give very many reviews, but after using the bigger companies in the area and struggling with good service, I am so happy with my first experience at Riverside. I can't remember who answered the phone when I called but she was pleasant and quick, I was on my way into work and dealing with little sleep since my a/c actually went out last night. I work close to home so I asked for an honest timeline so I wouldn't have to miss work and just sit at the house waiting 30 minutes or a 2-4hr window and she was great and put notes in just to make sure the technician knew to call me with enough time for me to meet him here. Josh came out and we both arrived at basically the same time and he immediately went to work. It has been the best service I've had for ANY company I've had to call out to my house. He checked inside and then headed up to the roof within a minute or two, and didn't waste any time. He quickly returned having fixed it but then waited to make sure it started cooling before heading back up to confirm the repair. I can't say enough about the quick repair but also Josh showing up right on time. I signed up for the maintenance service because of the great customer service I had today. We used Riverside Cooling to replace our HVAC system after dealing with uneven temperatures in the house for a long time. Abraham came out, explained what was going on, and helped us decide what made sense. The installation went smoothly, and the system has been working well so far. I recently had an older mini split system in one of my rooms that needed to be replaced due to its age. I called around to several companies, and while some were able to install a new mini split, they did not specialize in troubleshooting or servicing the unit if any issues came up later. I then contacted Riverside Cooling LLC, and they truly stood out. They came out the very next day to provide a quote and they explained what the entire process would look like. After deciding to move forward, just two days later they sent two technicians out at 8:00 AM. Josh and Cameron were, without a doubt, the most respectful and professional technicians I’ve ever worked with. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves and asked to see the indoor unit as well as the breaker. They quickly noticed that my wife and I have a newborn and took the initiative to work as quietly as possible while the baby was sleeping in the other room. Honestly, my wife and I almost forgot they were even here, that’s how considerate they were. I want to sincerely thank Josh and Cameron for their professionalism, awareness, and initiative. I’ve worked with several AC companies over the years, but Riverside Cooling LLC truly treats you like family. They were extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The tech was polite and well mannered. He came for a maintenance and to make sure everything was running properly. I shared with him my concerns. He explained what he waa going to do and the process. He did a great job, explained to me that everything was okay, and he made sure I felt good about his I section and answered all questions.
